1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing our website or engaging our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. SupportDeskLLP is a professional business brand owned and operated by VedoraLLP, a registered business entity in India.

2. Scope of Services

SupportDeskLLP provides Virtual Assistance (VA), Knowledge Process Outsourcing (KPO), and specialized e-commerce support.

  • Capacity-Based Model: We provide dedicated capacity rather than commoditized “hours” to ensure a strategic partnership.
  • Specializations: Our services include Shopify management, customer support triage, admin assistance, and niche vertical support (Real Estate, SaaS).
  • Corporate Identity: SupportDeskLLP is a B2B service agency and has no affiliation with any gaming channels, mobile apps, or tournament organizers.

3. Client Obligations & Confidentiality

  • Access: Clients must provide necessary access to CRMs and communication tools (e.g., HubSpot, Slack) for task execution.
  • Mutual Non-Disclosure: We treat all client data as a risk-mitigation exercise. Every SupportDeskLLP team member is bound by strict confidentiality agreements to protect your proprietary workflows and customer data.

4. Intellectual Property

  • Work Product: All deliverables produced by our team during the course of a paid engagement remain the exclusive intellectual property of the Client upon full payment of fees.
  • Agency Assets: Our internal methodologies, the “Delegation ROI Calculator” logic, and branded assets remain the property of VedoraLLP.

5. Limitation of Liability

SupportDeskLLP acts as a strategic partner and facilitator. While we implement rigorous quality checks, the Client is responsible for final oversight of high-stakes workflows, sensitive data transfers, and customer interactions.

6. Termination of Service

  • Retainer Services: Either party may terminate the agreement with 15 days’ notice prior to the next billing cycle.
  • Immediate Termination: SupportDeskLLP reserves the right to terminate services immediately if the Client engages in illegal activities or violates the safety and dignity of our team members in India.

7. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of India, the location of our registered headquarters. Any disputes shall be resolved in the jurisdiction of the registered office of VedoraLLP.
