This Data Processing Addendum (“DPA”) forms part of any service agreement entered into between the client (“Client”) and Vedorallp, operating under the brand name SupportDeskLLP (“Service Provider”, “Processor”).

This DPA governs the processing of personal data in connection with the services provided by SupportDeskLLP.

1. Parties & Roles

  • Data Controller: The Client

  • Data Processor: Vedorallp (Operating Brand: SupportDeskLLP)

  • Founder: Kirtikey Sharan

  • Jurisdiction: India

SupportDeskLLP acts solely as a Data Processor, processing personal data only on documented instructions from the Client.

2. Scope of Data Processing

The Processor may process personal data strictly for the purpose of providing agreed services, including but not limited to:

  • Customer support

  • Virtual assistance

  • Back-office and administrative support

  • Communication handling (email, chat, call support)

3. Types of Personal Data

Depending on the services, processed data may include:

  • Names

  • Email addresses

  • Phone numbers

  • Order or account-related information

  • Support communication records

No sensitive personal data is processed unless explicitly agreed in writing.

4. Processor Obligations

SupportDeskLLP agrees to:

  • Process personal data only on Client instructions

  • Ensure confidentiality of all personal data

  • Restrict data access to authorized personnel only

  • Ensure all employees and contractors are bound by confidentiality obligations

  • Implement reasonable technical and organizational security measures

  • Not engage sub-processors without appropriate safeguards

  • Assist the Client in responding to data subject requests, where applicable

  • Notify the Client without undue delay in case of a data breach

5. Data Security Measures

SupportDeskLLP maintains appropriate safeguards, including:

  • Access controls and role-based permissions

  • Secure authentication mechanisms

  • Controlled system and device access

  • Periodic internal reviews of data handling practices

6. Sub-Processing

Where sub-processors are required (e.g., software tools), SupportDeskLLP ensures:

  • Sub-processors are bound by confidentiality

  • Data is processed only for service delivery

  • No unauthorized use of data occurs

7. Data Transfers & International Clients

SupportDeskLLP may access data from India for clients located internationally.
All such access is governed by:

  • Client agreements

  • Applicable data protection laws

  • Reasonable safeguards for cross-border data processing

8. Data Retention & Deletion

  • Personal data is retained only for the duration of the service agreement

  • Upon termination, data will be returned or securely deleted as per Client instructions, unless retention is required by law

9. Audits & Compliance

Upon reasonable request, SupportDeskLLP will provide information necessary to demonstrate compliance with this DPA, subject to confidentiality obligations.

10. Governing Law

This DPA shall be governed by the laws of India, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
